MORTGAGE RELEASE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that the undersigned, owner
of a certain Real Estate Mortgage, wherein William Paul Cole, Jr.
Carol McHugh Cole are mortgagors, and ALLSTATE "
ENTERPRISES MORTGAGE CORPORATION, an Ohio corporation, is mort-
gagee, and given upon the following described real property, to wit:
Condominium Parcel 1201 of OCEANA OCEANFRONT
CONDOMINIUM ONE, according to the Declaration of Condo-
minium thereof, recorded in Official Records Book 245, Page 65,
et seq., and as amended in Official Records Book 253, Page 365,
et seq., all of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida;
and recorded in Official Records Book 270 of Mortgages, on Page
1240 ,Document No. 370813 , in the Office of the Public Records of
St. Lucie County, State of Florida, on the 30th day of June , 1977 ,
as assigned in Official Records Book 270 , Page 1245 , to the
Finnisterre Corp., a Texas corporation, and as further assigned in Official
Records Book 2 7 0 Page 12 4 6 ~ to Alison Mortgage Investment
Trust, subsequently First Newport Realty investors, a California business.
trust, succeeded in interest by FIRST NEWPORT CORPORATION, aMary-
land corporation, by reason of merger on October 31, 1979, all of the Public -
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, does hereby acknowledge full payment
of the debt secured thereby and does release and discharge same of record.
