HomeMy WebLinkAbout0342 f J MEMORANDUM 3 OF - OPTION AGREEMENT NOW THEREFORE in consideration of the sum of ONE DOLLAR ($1.00) and other good and valuable considerations, and the mutual covenants and conditions contained in this Option Agree- meet, it is agreed as follows: 1. FRED E. RUEBHAUSEN, Individually, and FRH ENTERPRISES, an Arizona partnership, Optionor, grants to ROBERT F. McROBERTS, JR.,-Optionee, his successors and assigns, the right to purchase - the premises located at 461 Thanksgiving, Port St. Lucie, Florida, said prope~tty being legally described as: Lot 7, Block 685, PORT ST. LUCIE SECTION 18, a subdivision according to the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 13 at page 17, Public Records of-St. Lucie County, Florida; Personal property shall include range and refrigerator; at any time prior to April 20, 1983, upon at least thirty (30) days prior written notice by Optionee to Optionor in writing. 2. If the option is thereby exercised: (a) The closing of title shall be held-at the office of McRoberts & Steger, P.A., Attorneys at Law, located at Suite 310 Stuart National-Bank Building, Stuart, Florida, at 11:00 o'clock A.M. on the date designated by the Optionee in the notice of the ~ exercise of the Optionee's option.
