Taxes and insurance are to be , prorated as of April 10, 1980. Costs of closing shall be in - accordance with the standard practice then in effect in St. Lucie County, Florida. (d) Optionee shall be responsible for insurance - effective the same date and shall insure the interest of Jensen Beach Bank, the Optionor and the Optionee as their interests may t appear.
