(c) The premises shall be conveyed to the Optionee or
assigns by general warranty deed subject only to the existing
mortgage to Jensen Beach Bank. Taxes and insurance are to be ,
prorated as of April 10, 1980. Costs of closing shall be in -
accordance with the standard practice then in effect in St. Lucie
County, Florida.
(d) Optionee shall be responsible for insurance
- effective the same date and shall insure the interest of Jensen
Beach Bank, the Optionor and the Optionee as their interests may
t
appear.
(e) Effective April 10, 1980, Optionee shall be
entitled to possession of the premises and shall be entitled to t
rent the premises for his own account and shall be entitled to
all profits therefrom provided that this agreement is still in
full force and effect.
