responsible for maintenance and repairs to the premises. Ae

shall indemnify Optioiwe against any liability or payment of costs

incurred by reason of (a/~y work done or materials furnished to the
premises.
(g) It is understood and agreed that all understand-
ings and agreements previously made between the parties are
merged into this agreement which alone fully and completely
expresses their understanding and agreement.
(h) The covenants herein contained shall bind and the
benefits and advantages shall inure to the respective heirs,
executors, administrators, successors and assigns of the parties
hereto. Whenever used, the singular number shall include the-
plural, the plural the singular, and the use of any gender shall
include both genders. No provision of this agreement may be .
changed or terminated orally.

(j) Optionor agrees that any tax notices, notices from
Jensen Beach Bank or other notices 'he receives, shall be promptly
forwarded to Optionee. Notices to be addressed in writing as
follows:
