RELEASE OF MORTGAGE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS;
WHEREAS, DAVID M, BLEECH and BETTY M. BLEECH, his wife,
hereinafter referred to as Mortgagors, by indenture of mortgage
bearing date the 11th day of July, 1979, and recorded in the office
of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County, Florida, in
Official Record Book 312, page 1416, granted and conveyed unto
SAVANNAH VALLEY PRODUCTION CREDIT ASSOCIATION, hereinafter referred
to as Mortgagee, the premises therein particularly described, to
secure the payment of the sum of $85,115.00, with interest as there-
in mentioned;
AND, WHEREAS, said mortgagors-have requested said mortgagee
to release the premises more particularly described in the afore-
.
mentioned mortgage from the lien and operation of said mortgage;
NOW, THEREFORE, said mortgagee, in consideration of the
premises and said mortgagors assigning to mortgagee, as collateral
security, a new mortgage running in favor of mortgagors, the re-
ceipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, said mortgagee does hereby
release, quit-claim and discharge from the lien and operation of .
said mortgage unto said mortgagors, their heirs and assigns, the
property more particularly described in the aforementioned mort-
gage recorded in O.R. Book 312, page 1416, of the public records
of St. Lucie County, Florida.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, with the appurtenances, unto

said mortgagors, their heirs and assigns, forever, freed and dis-
charged of and from the lien of said mortgage which was recorded
