KNOW All MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that First Federal Savings and Loan Association of Fort Pierce, a corporation under
the laws of the United States of America, the owner of a certain mortgage given by JOSEPH MICHAEL BRESLIN AND
ANDREA BRESLIN, HIS NIFE
dated September 14th 19 78 ,and recorded
in the public records of $T. LUCIE County, Florida, in OAR, Book 294 on page
1600 ,securing the payment of the sum of THIRTY THREE THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED WiD NO/100-----
Dollars (533,600.00------)
covering property in the County of $T. LUCIE ,Florida, cloth hereby acknowledge that it
has received full payment of-the indebtedness evidenced by said mortgage and the note secured thereby, and cloth hereby
cancel and discharge said mortgage and release and quit-claim all right, title and interest conveyed by said mortgage in
and to the premises described therein, and cloth hereby direct the Clerk of the Circut Court of the aforesaid County to
cancel the same of record.
