Charles R, Fitzpatrick being duly sworn, deposes and says:
1. That he it the President of the LAKEWOOD PARK PROPERTY
OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC-., anon-profit corporation of the State
of Florida, which has been assigned all the rights and reservations
of LAKEWOOD PARK CORPORATION, LAKEWOOD PARK CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION,
and LAKE INDRIO CORPORATION, said As:?ignment being recorded in
Official Record Book 186, page 2035- in the office of the Clerk of
the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County, Florida.
2. That there has been an Affidavit filed against certain
lot, block, and unit numbers in Lakewood Park Subdivision, for
nonpayment of maintenance fees assessed, paid Affidavit being
recorded in Official Record Book, ~ page 28~, Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Flori ad
3. That the LAKEWOOD PARK PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.,
hereby release, satisfy and forever discharge the paid Affidavit
