by grants, bargains, sells: aliens, remises. rnnueys and confirms unto the mortgagee all_ th. certain land
of which the mortgagor is now seized and. in possession situate in St. Lucie County.
Florida, viz:.
Lot 5, Block 6,- CARDINAL GLADES, according to. the Plat thereof
l recorded in Plat Book 11, page 14, of the Public records of
St. Lucie County, Florida.
THIS IS A SECOND MORTGAGE.
Should the property described herein be sold-, all sums of
principal and interest at such time outstanding and unpaid
under the note secured hereby shall thereon immediately
become due and payable at the option of the mortgagee.
~ Assumption of this mortgage by a mortgagee approved buyer
will require modification of the mortgage note to the
prevailing interest rate. _
In the event the First Mortgage is hereafter amended or '
increased, the Second Mortgagee may at their option ~
