GRANTING STIPULATED MOTION TO TRANSFER JURISDICTION
THIS MATTER having come on for consideration upon the
Stipulated Motion to Transfer Jurisdiction .from the Nine-
. teenth Judicial Circuit in and for St. Lucie County to the
Nineteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Okeechobee County,
Florida and the Petitioner now being a resident of the state
of Massachusetts and the Respondent being a bona fide resident

of Okeechobee County, and the Court being fully advised in~the
premises hereof, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED:
That the Stipulation of Counsel herein to transfer juris-
diction from the Nineteenth Judicial Circuit in and for St.
Lucie County, Florida to the Nineteenth Judicial Circuit in and'
for Okeechobee County, Florida is hereby granted and the Clerk
of the Nineteenth Judicial Circuit in and for St. Lucie County
is hereby directed to transfer this cause to the Clerk of the
Nineteenth Judicial Circuit Court, Okeechobee, Florida 33472
