This cause coming on before the Court on a Motion for Enforcement
of payment of attorney's fees and the payee attorney having announced to .
the Court that a payment of x20.00 had been made by MERLE LONG, JR. with
a promise to "send more as soon as I am able" and the respondent having

failed to appear and defend the cause and the Court being fully advised j

therein, thereupon, it is hereby

ORDERED as follows: {
1. That the cause be continued until further notice.
2. That MERLE LO may be allowed 20.00 per week
until his balance 205.00 has been pa' nd that so long as regular
I
payments of less than X20.00 are made weekly, that the cause will be
I
continued.
