THIS CAUSE,-Having come on for trial on the 14th day of
March, 1980, upon the pleadings filed herein and the Court having
given full consideration to $11 the evidence and observed the demeanor
and physical condition of the witnesses, and heard argument of counsel
on the law, finds and determines:
1. That the Petition for Dissolution of Marriage in this i
matter was filed on August 27, 1979, by the Husband,- ROBERT H. ORR,~~
and that the Wife, MELINDA McCOY ORR~fil d an Answer and a Counter-
petition for Dissolution of Marriage on September 14, 1979.
- 2. That this Court had jurisdiction of ROBERT H. ORR and
MELINDA McCOY ORR to determine all issues set forth in the Petition
for Dissolution of Marriage, the Answer thereto filed by the Wife,
and the Wife's Counterpetition for Dissolution of Marriage on Septem-
ber 14, 1979. -
3. The Wife, MELINDA McCOY ORR, filed an action for dissolution
of marriage and for other relief, in the District Court of Garvin .County, _
Oklahoma, Case No. JFD-79-298, on the same issues as set forth in this
action. -

4. That the action in Oklahoma was filed on or after
~ December 11, 1979, and, in any event, subsequent to this action which
is now before the Court.
5. That the District Court, in Ok?_ahoma,.did not have juris-
diction over the Husband, ROBERT H. ORR, at any time.
6. That the purported final hearing in the cause in Oklahoma
