7. That the Decree of Divorce, filed in the District Court
of Garvin County, Oklahoma, Case N0. JFD-79-298, dated February 11,
1980, is void and of no force and effect.
8. That the parties last resided as Man and Wife in the
State of Florida.
9. This Court has jurisdiction over the parties and the
subject matter of this suit; that the relation of Husband and Wife
now exists between the parties; and that the marriage is irretrievably
broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION.. The marriage between ROBERT H. ORR, Husband,
and MELINDA McCOY ORR, Wife, be and the same is hereby dissolved, and
the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of
matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations
arising therefrom.
2. GUSTODI'. Custody of the minor female child, to-wit:
SARA ANN ORR, born on March 13, 1978, is hereby awarded to the Wife,

MELINDA McCOY ORR, with reasonable visitation rights granted to the
~ Husband.
3. MONETARY CHILD SUPPORT. Commencing on the 1st day of
~ April, 1980, the Husband will pay to the Wife the sum of $200.00 each
and every month for the support of~the before-named child; said sum
to continue until such time as the child reaches majority, marries or
becomes self-supporting. Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of
Circuit Court, Support Department, Post Office Box 700, Fort Pierce,
Florida, and by him remitted promptly to the 1~LINDA McCOY ORR. In
addition, there is hereby assessed the sum of $2.00 as statutory costs
to be added to each payment made to the Clerk. All payments shall be
made in cash, money order or cashier§ check. Both of the parties are
ordered to keep the Clerk of this Court advised of their mailing and
residence addresses at all times while this Order is in effect.

4. MARITAL DEBTS. The parties shall be jointly liable for
all debts incurred during the marriage.
