and by him remitted promptly to KATHLEEN MARIE VANCE. In addition,
there is hereby assessed the sum of $2.00 as statutory costs to be
added to each payment made to the Clerk. All payments shall be made
in cash, money order or cashiers check. Both of the parties are ordered
to keep the Clerk of this Court advised of their mailing and residence
addresses at all times while this Order is in effect.
4. COSTS, INCLUDING ATTORNEY'S FEES. The Husband is hereby t
ordered to pay to the Wife's gttorney, the sum of $250.00 toward
attorney's -fees; said sum to be' paid by the Husband on or before
June 14, 1980. In addition the Husband shall pay costs in the amount
of $61.12. Said sum shall be paid directly to the 41ife's attorney,
Osborne Walker O'Quinn, Post Office Box 4341,. Fort Pierce, Florida
or 201 South Second Street, Suite 102, Fort Pierce, Florida.
5. JURISDICTION. Jurisdiction of this cause and the parties
hereto is retained for the entry of such further orders as may be
proper. Further jurisdiction may be invoked by mailing a copy of-any
future pleadings to the address required to be supplied to the Clerk
of the Circuit Court as outlined above. - -
