MODIFICATION AND EXTENSION AGREEMENT
THIS AGREEMENT, made this 9th day of April, 1980,
between FLORIDA BANK AT FORT PIERCE, a Florida banking corporation,
hereinafter called "Mortgagee" and GEORGE E. HOGAN and ELIZABETH N.
HOGAN, his wife, hereinafter called "Mortgagor". }

WITNESSETH that
WHEREAS, Mortgagee is the owner and holder of a
Promissory Note and Mortgage executed by Mortgagor to Mortgagee '
on property described in said Mortgage, which Hortgage is~ i
dated August 28, 1979, and recorded on August 30, 1979 in
Official Record Book 315, Page 1552, of the Public Records of
St. Lucie County, Florida, and which Portgage secures a Promissory
Note, dated August 28, 1979, in the original principal sum of
Sixty-one Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($61,500.00), and provides

for 300 monthly installments of Six Hundred Two Dollars and
78/100 ($602.78), commencing of the 28th day of December, 1979.
WHEREAS, it is the .desire of all parties .hereto that
the payment dates, as~ recited in said !Vote, be changed.
NOA' THEREFORE,-for good and valuable considerations,
f it is hereby mutually agreed that the above-mentioned Promissory :
~ Note be reformed to the extent that the first monthly installment
~ is due and payable on the 9th day of I?iay, 1980, and that any
~ -
~ remaining indebtedness be repaid in 299 successive install-
ments of a like amount.
The parties hereto hereby further covenant and agree
that all other terms and conditions of said Mortgage and Promis
sory~Note dated August 28, 1979, shall remain in full force and
effect .and that nothing herein contained shall in any way impair,
alter or diminish the terms and conditions, lien or encumbrances
of said Mortgage and Note, other than as expressly stated in
this Agreement.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said Modification and Extension
Agreement, has hereunto signed and sealed these presents the
