This cause, having come on to be heard before me,
upon Motion of the Counterdefendants FRIEDRICH HONSBERG and
MARGARETE HONSBERG, his wife, to dismiss the Counterclaim of
Counterplaintiff RICHARD J. LYSTRA, JR., on March 31, 1980,
and this Court having heard the argument of counsel, and being
otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is upon consideration
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Counterdefendants' Motion
be and the same is hereby denied.
DONE AND ORDERED in Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County,
