LEGAL DESCRIPTION

Book 1, page 35, St.. Lucie County Florida, public records, and
being in Section 26, Township 36 South, Range 40 East, St. Lucie
County, Florida, more particularly described as follows:
From the intersection of the west right-of-way line
of U.S. Highway No. 1 (State Route No. 5) and the

along the west right-of-way line of U. S. Highway
