ORDER APPROVING SETTLEMENT

THIS CAUSE having come on for hearing upon the
sworn Petition of VERA COOK, as next friend and Mother of ~
the minor Plaintiff, MICHELLE COOK, and VERA COOK, individually,
and the Court having considered the, Record, facts, circum-
stances surrounding the accident as well as the medical bills, ~
reports and Interrogatories on file, and being fully advised

in the premises, it is thereupon 3

I ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that:
1. The negotiations for the settlement of this cause
have been conducted by the parties hereto with the assistance
and advice of their respective counsel of record with diligence
and caution, so as to fairly compensate the minor plaintiff.
2. The sum of Four Thousand and no/100 ($4,000.00)
Dollars to be paid by the Defendants to VERA COOK, as Mother
and Next friend of MICHELLE COOK, a minor, as settlement in
favor of said minor, for his damages; and that said settle-
ment is hereby ratified and approved.
