FINAL JUDGMENT
THIS CAUSE having come on upon the issues and the
record, a jury having been expressly waived by the parties;

and, the .Court finding that it has jurisdiction over the
subject matter and of the parties and, having reviewed
and approved the Petition submitted by VERA COOK, as Mother

and Next friend of the minor Plaintiff, MICHELLE COOK, and
` having heard the evidence and the discussion of counsel for
the res ective arties, and having approved the settlement

~ in favor of the Plaintiffs and against the Defendants; and
being fully advised in the premises, it is thereupon, upon
consideration thereof,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Plaintiff, MICHELLE
COOK, a minor, suing by her next friend and natural mother,
VERA COOK, shall have and recover of and from the Defendants,
CARVEL CORPORATION, THOMAS EDWARD CLAYBERGER and ALLSTATE `
INSURANCE COMPANY, the sum of Three Thousand and no/100 ($3,000)
Dollars. It is further
