ORDER FOR COLLECTION AND
SATISFACTION OF FINAL JUDGMENT

THIS CAUSE having come on for trial by the Court
and it being determined by the Court that the Plaintiff,
MICHELLE COOR, is a minor, whose natural mother and next
friend is VERA COOK, and that the amount of the Final
Judgment in favor of the minor Plaintiff is within the limit
authorized by the applicable Florida Statutes, and the Court
being fully advised in the premises, it is .thereupon

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the minor Plaintiff's
natural mother and next friend, ~IERA COOK, should be and
she is hereby authorized and directed to collect the amounts
of the Final Judgment heretofore entered against the Defen-
dants, CARVEL CORPORATION, THOMAS EDWARD CLAYBERGER and
ALLSTATE INSURANCE COMPANY, and in .favor of the minor

Plaintiff, MICHELLE COOK, and it is furtrier
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that VERA COOK, as natural
mother of the minor plaintiff, should be and she is hereby
authorized to execute the Satisfaction of Final Judgment
and Release which is in proper form and is hereby approved
by the Court. ~
