THIS CAUSE came on for hearing on Defendants' Motion for
Eviction from Model Home. At said hearing counsel for Plaintiffs
presented to the Court a Motion f~~s tinuance stating that his
client, MYRA BIANCO, was ill and would not be able
to attend. the hearing at-which testimony was anticipated. The Court
having considered said Motion for Continuance, the record in this
cause, and being otherwise advised in the premises, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED:
1. The Motion for Continuance be and the same is hereby
granted.
2. The hearing on Defendants' Motion for Eviction from
Model Home shall be set for hearing the 9th day of April, 1980,
at 2 t 00 0' clock . P.M~ ~ ~,n pero Beach, Florida, subject to completion
of non-fury trial in Indian River County.
