ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows

1. The Summary Final Judgment in Foreclosure entered

in this cause on March 14, 1980, be, and the same is hereby set
aside and vacated.

2: The Mortgage and Promissory Note secured thereby,
which were the subject matter of Plaintiff's action hereunder,
be, and the same are hereby reinstated with full force in affect.
3. This cause is hereby Dismissed Without Prejudice.
' 4. The Clerk is hereby directed to deliver to Scott
M. Kenney, Attorney for Plaintiff, the original Promissory Note,
Mortgage, Assignment of Mortgage and Reassignment of same,
tendered by the Plaintiff in support of its Motion for Summary
Final Judgment, and substitute therefore true and correct copies
of same.
