and the Court having heard argument of counsel and of the Plain- ,
tiffs, and being otherwise fully advised in the premises, it ~
. is upon consideration
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Motion to Strike paragraph 5 j
i of the Second Amended Complaint, be and the same is hereby

• granted and said allegation shall not be included in any
Amended Complaint.
