1980, upon the Motion to Dismiss Second Amended Complaint, and
the Court having heard argument of counsel and of the Plaintiffs .
and the Court finding that there are insufficient allegations
as to dates, amounts and specific transactions between the
Plaintiffs and the Defendant, it is upon consideration
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Motion to Dismiss Second
Amended Complaint, be and the same is hereby granted, and the
Plaintiffs shall have twenty (20) days from the date of this
Order to plead further~in this .cause.
