Deed is given subject to reservations, restrictive covenants, easements of
record, applicable governmental regulations, planning and zoning ordinances. I
It is agreed that the above described property shall be used for the constructio
and maintenance of a medical office building for.the care and treatment of
human beings, and parking facilities incidental thereto, specifically excluding
a commercial laboratory and commercial x-ray; that the building constructed ~
thereon shall be used solely as offices of Grantee for a two to three man ,
practice for a period of two years from July 11, 1978 or until at least 85~
of LANNNOOD MEDICAL CENTER tenant space is subject to occupancy rights, which-
ever occurs first, and shall be used solely by physicians who are members
in good standing of the medical staff of Lawnwood Medical Center and employees
of such physicians, these covenants running with the land and shall be binding
until such time as HCA or-its subsidaries cease to operate the acute care
hoTSpital near the property described herein. {
