5. RICHARD S. JELESRY, whose address is set forth above, and
who is qualified under the laws of the State of Florida to serve as
personal representative of decedent's Estate is entitled to preference
in appointment as personal representative because he is~the nominated
personal representative in the decedent's last Wil~.~
6. The nature and approximate value of the assets in. this
Estate are as follows:
Real Property - approximate: $26,000.00
Personal Property - approximate: $ 4,000.00

7. Petitioner is unaware of any unrevoked Will or Codicil of f

decedent other than as set forth in Paragraph`8.
8. The original of the decedent's last Will, dated May 19,
1975, and. subscribed by CHARLES E. BECHT and STELLA M. PERRI, as
attesting witnesses, accompanies this Petition.
WHEREFORE, Petitioner requests that the decedent's Will be

admitted to probate and that he be appointed personal representative

of the Florida Estate of the decedent.
