I, JOANN A. JELESKY, of Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County,
Florida, being of sound-mind and disposing memory, do hereby make, i

publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament, hereby.

revoking and annulling any and all Wills by me at any time~hereto-
fore made.
FIRST
It is my will and I direct that my body be buried in a manne
suitable to my circumstances in life.
- SECOND

It is my will and I direct that all my just debts and funera {
expenses be promptly paid out of the principal of my estate. ~
THIRD
I give, devise and bequeath all the rest, residue and remain
der of my estate of whatever location or description, both real.
and personal and/or mixed, wherever situate, of which I die pos-
sessed, or over which I have power of disposition, or any interes
whatsoever, unto my three children, RICHARD S. JELESKY, RAYMOND F.
JELESKY and VIKI ANN POURCIAU, in equal shares, share and share
alike, per stirpes.
FOURTH
I hereby-nominate and appoint my son, RICHARD S. JELESKY, to
act as Executor of this my Last Will and Testament, to serve
without bond, and I do further waive any and all notices, filing
of inventory, appraisal or appointment of appraisers, as required }
