by Order of Court or law, giving and granting said Executor the
right to sell, with or without the Order of any Court at public i

or private sale; and, in the event my son, RICHARD S. JELESKY,
shall predecease me, or be unwilling or unable to act, then in
either event, I hereby nominate and appoint my son, RAYMOND F.
JELESKY, to act in his stead, giving and granting said Executor
the same power, rights, waivers and excuse from bond as herein-
before set out for my son, RICHARD S. JELESKY, as Executor.
