PHYLLIS G. TATE, as Personal Representative of the above
estate alleges:
1. The decedent, HERBERT THOMAS HARRIS, a resident of
St. Lucie County, Florida,. died on April 2, 1979, Letters of

Administration were issued to the Petitioner on May 8, 1979.
2: The sole assets of the decedent were:
a) Cash iri the sum of $ 130.16
b) Mobile home in considerable
. disrepair which was sold for 2,500.00

- c) 1970 Plymouth automobile 540.00 ~
TOTAL----------------- 3,170.16 r

3. The following disbursements were made by
the estate:
a) Commercial Credit Corp for balance
due on mobile home $ 430.08

b) A.J. Anton for attorney's fees 705.00
A.J. Anton for costs 115.26
c) Baird Funeral Home 1,279.82
d) Lawnwood Medical Center 100.00
e) Reimbursement to Personal Representative .
for personal payment of lien on auto 540.00
$ 3,170.16
4. In order to sell the mobile home, the Personal
Representative was required to pay from her personal funds the 'past }
due rent for the mobile home in the amount of $684.00. In addition,
}
the Personal Representative incurred expenses in the amount of
$565.00 in the administration of the estate.

5. The Petitioner has fully administered this estate by
settling, paying or making disposition of the claims and debts that 1
were presented. She waives her claim for reimbursement for
advancements and expenses. ~
