5. Sun Bank of St. Lucie County, whose address is P. O. Box
8, Fort Pierce, Florida, is qualified under the laws of the State F
of Florida to serve as personal representative of decedent's estate,. ~

and is entitled to preference in appointment as personal representa-
tive because it is the nominated personal representative in dece-
dent's last will and testament.

6. It is verily believed that the assets in this estate are `
cash, stocks and silver coins in an amount exceeding $10,000.00.
7. Petitioner is unaware of any unrevoked wills or codicils
of decedent other than is set forth in paragraph eight.
8. The original of decedent's last will, dated November 23,
1976, accompanies this petition.
Petitioner requests that decedent`s last will~be admitted to ~
probate and that Sun Bank of St. Lucie County be appointed personal ~

representative of the Florida. estate of decedent.
Under penalties of perjury, I declare that I have read the
