I, GEORGE H. TOFTEN of the County of St. Lucie and State of
Florida, being of sound and disposing mind and memory, do make this

my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking and annulling all others

by me heretofore made. -
FIRST: I desire that my body be cremated by Necron Crematorium

of West Palm Beach, Florida, and that my ashes be deposited in a ~
vault or cemetery as selected by them if my death occurs within the
United States of America. In the event my death occurs while I am

in a foreign country, my wish is I be cremated and buried there in
that country. -

SECOND; I give and bequeath unto the FORT PIERCE T~IBRARY E
a book of engravings that I have accumulated during my life, a book
known as the "Dore Bible Gallery", my old Swedish Bible and my new ~
Swedish Bible, to have and to hold unto itself absolutely and forever.
THIRD: I give and bequeat-h to GOODWILL INDUSTRIES of 601 Orange

Avenue, Fort Pierce, Florida, all te~.evisions, Hi-Fi sets, radios and L

books not hereinbefore specifically devised, to have and to hold unto
itself absolutely and. forever.
FOURTH: I give and bequeath to GF.RTRUDE SANDBERG, the sum of Two
Thousand ($2,000.00) Dollars, if she survives me.
FIFTH: I give and bequeath the sum of One Thousand ($1,000.00)
Dollars-to the LIONS CLUB, of Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida,

to be deposited in that fund to be used in assistance to the blind. ~
SIXTH: I direct that all photographs and personal papers that
I may-have in my possession at the time of my death be destroyed.
SEVENTH: I give, devise and bequeath all the rest, residue and
