hereinbefore specifically devised to the FIRST UNITED METHODIST CHURCH
OF FORT PIERCE, to have and to hold unto themselves absolutely and
forever.
EIGHTH:- I hereby constitute and appoint the SUN BANK OF ST. LUCIE
COUNTY, Fort Pie rce, Florida, Executor of this my Last Will and Testa-
ment, and I expressly confer upon it power as such executor to admin-
ister my estate, excusing it from giving any bond, or making any returns
to any court. I expressly confer upon it full authority and power to
manage, invest and reinvest, to sell and convey any part or all of my
estate, at public or private sale, with or without notice, as it may
deem best, and without any order of court. I authorize it to make
good and sufficient conveyances to any purchaser and to hold~the pro-
ceeds of any sale for such use as it may-deem best for the interest
of my estate. I further hereby expressly confer-upon it the authority
and power to borrow money for the use of my said estate in any instance
where it may think it necessary and proper, and to secure the same-by
mortgage, trust deed, or other form of security to or upon any part of
my estate; this it may do without the order of any court.

ment in the presence-of the witnesses named hereinafter, on this the
day of November, in the year of our Lord, One Thousand Nine
