This proceeding was heard on the Reps of
the Personal Representative of the estate of ANNIE LEE JORDAN,

DECEASED, and the Court finding that the estate has been pro-

perly distributed, that claims of creditors have been paid or E
otherwise disposed of, and that the personal representative -
should be discharged it therefore is

ADJUDGED that:
1. The Report of Distribution of the personal representa-
tive is approved.
2. The Schedule of Distribution is approved as Follows:
SHIRLEY JORDAN--The entire Estate of ANNIE LEE JORD~iN, DECEASED. ~
IS TO BE DISTRIBUTED TO SHIRLEY JORDAN, who resides at 1010
Avenue L, Fort Pierce, Florida, who is the sole beneficiary and
~ sole heir at law of said deceased.
(a). Personal Property to Wit: $708.60 balance estate
checking account.
(b). Entire-and undivided interest in the following real
Property.
1. Lot 20, Block 1 Prosperity Park Subdivision,
according to the Plat thereof on file in Plat Book i
7, page 55 of the Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida: `
2. Lot 16, Block 46, Sunland Gardens Section four,
as per the Plat thereof on file in Plat Book
10, Page 76 of the Public Records of St. Lucie
~ County, Florida.
3. The Personal Representative is hereby discharged
4. The surety on the Personal Representative's bond
. is released of further liability on it.
5. The estate is declared to be fully administered and is
closed.
