ELIZABETH JANE ANDERSON
I, ELIZABETH JANE ANDERSON of St. Lucie County, Florida, being of
sound and disposing mind and memory, do make, publish and declare this
to be my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking all former Wills by
me at any time made, and intending hereby to devise and bequeath all of
the property, both real or personal, of which I may die seized and
possessed, or to which I may be entitled at the time of my death, where-
ever the same may be situated, as follows, to-wit:
FIRST: I direct my Executrix, hereinafter named, to pay all of
my just debts and funeral expenses as soon after my decease as is
practicable. -
SECOND: All the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, whether
real, personal or mixed, i give, devise and bequeath to my children,
ANN CAROL BRYAN, FREDDY GLENN ANDERSON and BILLIE SUE ABRAHAMSON, to
have and to hold unto themselves absolutely and forever, in equal shares,
share and share alike. In the event any of my children fail to survive
me, I give, devise and bequeath that child's share to that child's sur-
e viving children,-to have and to hold unto themselves absolutely and
forever, in equal shares, share and share alike.

THIRD: So that there be no question, I specifically state that
the property in the Warrender Estate in Plant City is bequeathed here-
under as set out herein.
FOURTH: I hereby constitute and appoint my daughter, ANN CAROL
BRYAN, Executrix of this my Last Will and Testament, and I expressly '
confer upon her power as such Executrix .to administer my estate, excus-
ing her from giving bond, or making any returns to any court. I expressly
confer upon her full authority and power to manage, invest and re-invest,
to sell and convey any part or all of my estate, at public or private -
sale, with or without notice, as she may deem best, and without any order
of court. I authorize her to make good.and sufficient conveyances to
any purchasers and to hold the proceeds of any sale for such use as she
may deem best for the interest of my estate. I further hereby expressly
confer upon her the authority and power to borrow money for the use of
