my said estate in any instance where she may think it necessary and
proper, and to secure the same by mortgage, trust deed, or other form
of security to or upon any part of my estate; this she may do without
the order of any court.
If my daughter fails to survive me or if she fails to qualify as
Executrix, I appoint my daughter, WILLIE SUE ABRAHAMSON, as Executrix
of this my Last Will and Testament with the same rights and privileges
as my daughter would have had if she had survived me.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF I have hereunto subscribed my hand and seal,
and publish and declare this instrument to be my Last Will and Testament,

The foregoing instrument was subscribed by the, said ELIZABETH JANE
ANDERSON, in our presence, and acknowledged by her to each of us, and
she, at the same time, declared the foregoing instrument as subscribed
by her, to be her Last Will and Testament, and we at her request, have
signed our names as witnesses thereunto, in her presence and in the-
presence of each other, and have written opposite our names our respective
places of residence, in the year of our Lord, One Thousand Nine Hundred
Seventy-five.
