DONALD J. PETRINE, as the duly appointed, qualified and acting '
Personal Representative of the Last Will and Testament of PATRICIA A.
PETRINE, respectfully shows:
1. That. your Petitioner, as Personal Representative of the
above-styled estate, has received an offer to sell the property hereinafter '
described, fieing one of the assets of said estate, from Kenneth D: Shivers
and Rita D. Shivers, his_wi~fe, for the sum of E2,200.00 cash; that said
offer is~a fair and equitable offer and is in excess of the appraised
value of the property; that it is expedient and in the best interests
of said estate that sa id sale he made. -

2. That a copy of .the contract for said sale is attached
hereto and made a part hereof; that the legal description of the .
property which is the subject of said sale is as follows, to-wit;
The 1/3 interest of the Estate of PATRICIA A.
PETRINE in and to the following described
property:
Lot 8, except West 5 feet- thereof; Lot 9; the
East 38.4 feet of the South 7Q feet of Lot 10;
and the.South 70 feet of Lot 11; ail i'n block 2 ~
of WYLDWOOD PARK SU3DIVISIOy, as~per Plat thereof
on file in Plat Hook 5, Page 54, of the Public
Records, St. Lucie County, Florida,
WHEREFORE, in consideration's the premises,your Petitioner
respectfully prays the Court to enter its Order herein authori2ing such
sale.
