2, The personal representative intends to abandon the following assets
which are located in Yokasuka, Japan:
-1972 Honda motorcycle (inventory value $250.00)
1969 Toyota automobile (inventory value $250.00)
The personal representative has attempted unsuccessfully for over a
year to find buyers for these vehicles through the assistance of per-
sons in Japan. A repair bill in the amount of $160.05 is claimed by
the Navy Exchange~Garage in Yokasuka for repairs performed on the
Toyota in 1976. In addition, Japanese government registration charges
are due on the vehicles. The personal representative believes that
there is not sufficient value in the vehicles to benefit the estate
if a buyer can be found.
4. Reserve to pay fiduciary income taxes and any additional expenses
prior to closing~of estate:
Cash $300.01
Claim for income tax and
Social Security 351.28
TOTAL $651.29
Any portion of this sum not actually expended together with further
interest income will be distributed equally to the residuary bene-
ficiaries: Toyoizumi Toshi, Regina Hurley,, Ruth Chamberlain, Rita
Hurley, and Raymond Hurley.
