STIPULATION
The Wife, CINDY LYNN DILLMAN, and the Husband, WAYNE
ROYCE DILLMAN, by and through their undersigned attorneys
hereby stipulate that the Final Judgment of Dissolution of '
Marriage entered in this cause on March 10, 1980, shall be
modified to set out the visitation rights reserved to the
Husband, WAYNE ROYCE DILLMAN, as follows: That commencing
on the week-end following the date of. this order and every
other week-end thereafter, the Husband shall exercise his
visitation with the minor children, CHARLES GENE SMITH and
AMANDA FAYE DILLMAN, from 9:00 a.m. on Saturday morning until
5:00 p.m. on Sunday afternoon. The Husband shall pick the
children up at the home 6f the Wife promptly at 9:00 a.m.
Saturday morning and return the children to the home of the
Wife promptly at 5:00 p.m. on Sunday afternoon. The Wife shall
provide adequate clothing and supplies for the visitation period
and the Husband shall return said clothing and supplies in a
like condition. That the Husband shall also exercise his visitation
with the minor children on every other holiday from 9:00 a.m. until
5:00 p.m. in the afternoon. ~ -
