LEIS, individually . and as parent, natural guardian and next friend of KRISTINA LEIS, • a minor, Plaintiffs, vs. CAROLYN O. HUGHES and METROPOLITAN PROPERTY AND LIABILITY INSURANCE COMPANY, Defendants. PRE-TRIAL ORDER The above case having come on before me for a Pre-Trial Conference pursuant to Rule 1.20, Florida Rules of Civil Procedure, the following proceedings were had: -UPON AGREEMENT OF THE PARTIES THE COURT FINDS: (1) Each party shall have three preemptory challenges. (2) Discovery shall remain open until five days before commencement of the trial. This time can be extended by the i ~ Court upon showing of proper cause by either party. ~ (3) Each party may supplement his list of witnesses and documentary evidence prior to trial by filing same with the Clerk of the Court and furnishing copy to opposing counsel • two days prior to the commencement of trial. (4) The Defendant reserves all objections to the hospital and medical records listed on the Plaintiffs' Pre- Trial Statement and also as to the photographs listed on said Pre=Trial Statement. The two bills exhibited by the Plaintiff to the Defendant's attorney shall be admitted without objection. (5) The Plaintiff having announced to the Court that it was withdrawing or abandoning any claim for punitive damages, it is Ordered and Adjudged that the issue of punitive damages be and. the same is hereby eliminated from this cause. ee~~~~ ; 8001(+.7 PAGE- ~ ~ BRENNAN.
