ORDER FOR PROCEEDINGS SUPPLEMENTARY CASE N0. 79-82-CA

to the Plaintiff's execution herein and to show cause why said
property should not be made available to satisfy the Plaintiff's

- IT IS FURTHER ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Defendants
. ~•M. B. SKAGGS and MARY ANN SKAGGS, his wife, bring with them

_ ~ at said time,-the original of that certain Note and Mortgage

dated November 9, 1978, wherein BARRIE REED'S AUTO PLAZA,

INC., is obligated to pay the Defendants, M. B. SKAGGS and
MARY ANN SKAGGS, his wife, as tenants in common, the sum of
1. $1,698.62 per month, each and every month, from the 9th day 1
thereof. Said Promissory Note and Mortgage is recorded in
the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, in 0. R.

' Book 297, Page 2471 through 2473. Additionally the Defendants
shall bring with them at said time and place any and all books
- and records they may have concerning any assets whatsoever, i
- including bank books, check books, payroll statements, social
security income, other evidence of income, checks, documents
to titles to any automobiles, campers, mobile homes, boats
or motorcycles, owned by either Defendant, together with any I
I Deeds, Mortgages, Deeds of Trust, or any and all documents
which shows the Defendants, or either of them, or anyone on
their behalf to have proprietory interest in any real or
personal property within or without the State of Florida, as .
well as any and all information and documents which the
Plaintiff/Judgment-Creditor may further request that the

Defendants produce at the above stated time and place by the {
.proper service of a Notice to Produce. .
