PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE'S DEED

THIS INDENTURE, executed the ~~ay of
1980, between HILDRETH BOYLE and JOHN M. McCARTY Co-Personal
Representatives of the Estate of MARGARET M. HANNAH, deceased,
party of the first part; and GORDON W. MOORS and FERN J. MOORS,
his wife, whose mailing address is 1922 S. E. Joy Haven, Port St.
Lucie, Florida 33452, party of the second part;
WITNESSETH, that said party of the first part, pursuant to
the terms and conditions contained in the last Will of the decedent,
and in consideration of the sum of $10.00 and other good and
valuable consideration in hand paid, grants, bargains, sells,
aliens, remises, releases, conveys and confirms to the party of
the second part, their heirs and assigns forever, the real property ~
in St. Lucie County, Florida, described as:
'Lot 4, Block 54, PORT ST. LUCIE, SECTION TWENTY-FIVE,
according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat
Book 13, pages 32, 32A-32I, of the Public Records of
St. Lucie County, Florida.
SUBJECT TO restrictions, reservations, easements,
and covenants of record.
TOGETHER with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments
and appurtenances belonging or in anywise appertaining to that
real property.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same to the party of the second
part,-their .heirs and assigns, in fee simple forever.
AND the party of the first part does covenant to and with
the party of the-second part, their heirs and assigns, that in all `
things preliminary to and in and about the sale and this conveyance
the laws of the State of Florida have been followed and complied
with in all respects.
