PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE'S DEED
THIS INDENTURE, executed the ~ day of April, 1980, between
DONALD VANDERHOFF, as Personal Representative of the Estate of EDNA
MAE COOK, Deceased, party o.f the first part, and WILLIAM R. GANZ and
BETTYE J, GANZ, his wife, parties of the second part, whose address
is 217 Blake Road, Hopkins, Minnesota 55343: ~~lo•pO
WITNESSETH:
The party of the first part, in consideration of the sum of
$10 and other good and valuable consideration in hand paid, grants,
bargains, sells, aliens, remises, releases, conveys and confirms to
--.:the parties of the second part, their heirs and assigns forever, the
'real property in St. Lucie County, Florida, described as:
Beginning at the intersection of the centerlines
of Oleander Avenue and 6th Street as set forth in the
Plat of White City on file in Plat Book 1 at Page 23,
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Fla., thence run
East 460 feet to the point of beginning of the tract
hereinafter described;-thence continue East 100 feet
to a point; thence run North 120 feet to a point;
thence run West 100 feet to a point.; thence run South
120 feet to the point of beginning; said lot being ~
otherwise described as Lot 6 of an unrecorded plat of
Baker's Subdivision.
TOGETHER-with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments and
appurtenances belonging or in anywise appertaining to that real
property.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same to the parties of the second part,
their heirs and assigns, in fee simple forever.
Ai~D the party of the first part does covenant to and with the
parties of the second part, their heirs and assigns,. that in all things _ s
preliminary to and in and about this conveyance the Laws of Florida ~
have been followed and complied with in all respects. s
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,-the party of the first part, as Personal
Representative of the Estate of EDNA MAE COOK, Deceased, has set his
hand and seal on the day and year first above written.
