RESTRAINING ORDER
This cause came on to be heard upon the sworn Petition
of the Wife for a temporary restraining order, restraining and
enjoining the Husband from interfering with, molesting, using

physical violence on or harassing the Wife and her minor daughter ~ ~
-by a former marriage, and the Court being fully advised in the
premises, it is therefore
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. That the Husband, Vernon Eugene Roberson, be and he
is hereby enjoined and .restrained from interfering with, molesting,

using physical violence on or harassing the Wife and her minor

daughter by a former marriage. ~ ~
2. That the Husband, Vernon Eugene Roberson, shall forth-
e
with remove himself and his personal effects from the marital home
located at Route 1, Box 90, Wauter's Subdivision, in St. Lucie
i
County, Florida, pending final hearing.
3. - All and singular t1Ye Sheriffs of the State of Florida
e
are directed to render such assistance to the Wife as may be
necessary in insuring the Husband's compliance with this Order
without further order of this Court.
