THIS MORTGAGE is made this day of April, 1980 between the Mortgagor,

(herein "Borrower'ry, and the Mortgagee, First Federal Savings and loan Association of Martin County, a corporation
organized and existing under the laws of the United States of America, whose address is 989 South Federal Highway, Stuart,
Florida 33494 (herein "Lender.
WHEREAS, Borrower is indebted to Lender in the principal sum of FIFTY FIVE THOUSAND

gage, and the performance of the covenants and agreements of forrower herein contained, and (bi the repayment of
any future advances, with interest thereon, made to Borrower by Lender pursuant to paragraph 21 hereof (herein "Future
Advances'l, Borrower does hereby. mprtgage, grant and convey to Lender the following described property located in the
County of ST. LUCIE -
State of Florida:
Unit 10?, in Oceana Oceanfront Condominium Ii, according to the Declaration
of Condominium of Oceana Oceanfront Condominium II, recorded in Official Record
Hook 327 Pages 1684 et seq. , Public Records of St. Iucie County, Florida
(the "Declaration of Condominium"), together with an undivided share in the
Common Elements appurtenant to such Unit and all other appurtenances to
such Unit as set forth in the Declaration of Condominium.
The failure of the mortgagor herein to comply with and abide by, 'and to pay all
the assessments required of said mortgagor when due, pursuant to the
Declaration of Condominium of OCEANA OCEANFRONT, as aforedescribed
and on exhibit thereto, shall constitute an event of default under this mortgage.
