THIS INDENTURE, made this 4 day of April 3
1980, between RADNOR/OCEANA PARTNERSHIP, a partnership formed Q
pursuant to the laws of the State of Florida (hereinafter referred

to as "Grantor"), and Cecile Laurie

W I T N E S S E T H.
That the Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of
TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration to it
in hand paid by the Grantee, the receipt of which is hereby acknow-
ledged, has granted, bargained and sold to the Grantee, and the
Grantee's heirs and assigns forever, the following described real
property situated, lying and being in Hutchinson Island, Jensen Beach,
St. Lucie County, Florida, to wit: .

limited, to, the obligation to make payment of assessments for Common

Chapter 718 of the Florida Statutes)' which may be levied against the

This conveyance is made subject to the following:
1. Real Estate taxes for the year 1980, and subsequent years;
2. Applicable zoning and other governmental regulations and
ordinances, privileges, .obligations, easements and liens set forth
and contained in the Declaration of Condominium and all instruments
therein referred to;
