by indenture of Mortgage bearing date the 17th day of MdrCh A.D., 19 72, and recorded
in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for the County of $t. Lucie
State of Florida, in 0. R. Book 200 Page 1989 , granted and conveyed unto FIRST FEDERAL ~
SAVINGS ANO LOAN ASSOCIATION OF FORT PIERCE and assigns, the premises therein particularly described, ~

ices hereinaher described, being part of said mortgaged premises, from the lien and operation of said Mortgage.
