Michigan , my true and lawful attorney in fact for me and in my name, place,
and stead,-and on my behalf, and for my use and benefit:
'to se1l,-with or without warranties, terms, conditions; and other covenants,
and for such price and. on such terms of credit, and to such person or persons,
including corporations, as the agent shall deem necessary or proper, all or any
part of Unit 1401 of the Oceana Oceanfront, Condominium II, Jensen Beach,-Florida,
to receive payment of the purchase money for any and all of such property so sold,
and of any and all notes or other obligations received as evidence of the indebtedness
for or in payment thereof.
The rights, powers, and authority of said attorney in fact herein granted shall
commence and be in full force and effect on March 10, 1980, and such rights,
powers, and authority~sha~l remain in full force and effect thereafter until
September 10, 1980.
