The Condominium Parcel known as Apartment C, Building 1212 of Phase XIV
of HIGH POINT OF FORT PIERCE CONDOMINIUM SECTION 11 (the "Condominium'')
according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, recorded in Official
Records Book 304 at Page 1396 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida as such Declaration may have been amended by any amendments thereto
hereto filed in the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, including,
but not limited to, any amendments to add the aforesaid Phase to the Condominium
~ (if such Phase be other than Phase 1 thereof).

~ The mortgagor covenants that it and the association responsible for the

TOGETHER with all the improvements now or hereafter erected on the property, and all ease-
ments, rights, appurtenances, rents, royalties, mineral, od and gas rights and profits, water, water rights, and
water stock, and all fixtures now or hereafter attached to the property, all of which, including replacements
and additions thereto, shall be deemed to be and remain a part of the property covered by this Mortgage; •

Borrower covenants that Borrower is lawfully seised of the estate hereby conveyed and has the right
to mortgage, grant and convey the Property, that the Property is unencumbered, and that Borrower will

ations, easements or restrictions listed in a schedule of exceptions to coverage in any title insurance policy
insuring Lender's interest in the Property.
