That I was formerly BEATRICE RUSH, having been married
to JOHN RUSH:
That your deponent and her later husband, JOHN RUSH, took;
title to property Lot 45, Block 23, INDIAN RIVER ESTATES, UNIT EIGI~T
St. Lucie County, Florida on May 1st, 1969.

! That the said JOHN RUSH died a resident of New York on

October 1, 1970;
That neither your deponent or the late JOHN RUSH ever
lived in Fort Pierce, Floridat at-any time;
That the late JOHN RUSH was never a patient of Ft.Pierce:
Memorial Hospital during the year 1969 and that the lien against
the late JOHN RUSH made by the Board of County Commission for
,Fort Pierce Memorial Hospital recorded in Official Record Book 176
page 1592 and filed April 1, 1969 is not against my late husband
JOHN RUSH or your deponent but against a person of similiar name.
That the purpose of this Affidavit is to show that the
lien in the amount of $1,627.60 is not a legal clam against
-the late JOHN RL'Sti or your deponent.
