THIS CAUSE having come on to be heard upon the stipulated
Motion of the parties to set aside the Default Judgment previously
entered herein on March 4, 1980, and this Court having considered
the merits of said Stipulation, and having otherwise been fully
advised in the premises, it is, '

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Default Judgment previously ~
entered herein on March 4, 1980 is hereby vacated and set aside, ~ I
and that the Answer previously certified on behalf of all Defendants
on March 6, 1980 shall stand-over and constitute the Answer
of all Defendants.
DONE AND ORDERED in Chambers at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie
