of the State of Florida to serve as personal representative
of decedent's estate is entitled to preference in appointment
as personal representative because she is decedent's daughter
and was named Executrix under the Last Will and Testament of
decedent.
6. Domiciliary probate proceedings are known to be
pending in another state or county. Letters have been issued
by the Honorable Willis E. Ludeman, Judge of the Probate
Court in and for Lucas County, Ohio.
7. The nature and approximate value of the assets in
this estate subject to probate in the State of Florida are:
Lots 14, 15 and 16, Block 91 of Indian River
Estates Subdivision, Unit 9, A Subdivision ac-
cording to the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat
Book 10, at page 74 of the Public Records of -
St. Lucie County, Florida. $ 9,000.00
8. Petitioner is unaware of any unrevoked will or
codicil of decedent other than as set forth in paragraph 9.
9. An authenticated copy of decedent's Will and First
and Second Codicils probated in Lucas County accompanies this
Petition.
Petitioner requests that the decedent's Will and First
and Second Codicils be admitted to probate and that GERALDINE
R. ELARTON be appointed personal represetative of the Florida
estate of the decedent.
